4 REASONS WHY I USE A VPN
When you are using your computer at home did you know you can be tracked?
Consequently, did you know when you use a public wifi network (Starbucks, airport, hotel, or library) that you run a greater risk of someone being able to see your personal information?
In this post, I’m going to explain the 4 reasons why I use a VPN and the overall benefits of using a VPN.

Not many people understand the importance of having a VPN.
So, the first question…
Do you know what a VPN is?
If you do, which ones are you familiar with? Leave your answer in the comments section below.
A VPN is a virtual private network.
If the answer is no don’t worry many people don’t.
When you use a VPN all of your online activity is done through an encrypted tunnel all while allowing you to mask your IP Address.
4 Reasons To Use A VPN
- Access websites without restrictions.
- Prevent your internet service provider from interfering with your connection.
- Prevent hackers from spying and seeing your personal information over a free wifi connection.
- Keep online activity and information private.
4 Reasons Why I Use A VPN
- It can be used on any device (iPhone, iPad, Fire TV, Android, Windows, Mac, and/or directly on to your router).
- Keep my personal information private and secure when I’m using public wifi working on the blog or checking emails on phone.
- Prevent internet service providers from throttling the internet speed.
- Good to use to bypass regional restrictions.
Which is why I use IPVanish.
In my opinion, IPVanish is the best VPN hands down and I’ve been using it since 2015 when I used to use Kodi to stream on my Amazon Fire TV.
Now I primarily use it on my laptop and phone everywhere.
To me, the biggest benefit of using a VPN is to throw off any hacker trying to steal personal information.
Below is a list of security features.
Final Note
If you have been considering a VPN and/or have been wondering what the purpose of a VPN is, I hope this helps out.
In case you don’t know, there are several options available paid and free.
However, I would not recommend a free VPN because in most cases free means your activity logs are collected and sold.
Visit IPVanish and watch the video and learn if it is the right VPN for you.
