ABOUT ME PROFILE PICTURE

Yep, that was me on June 21, 2020.  

Aside from the cuteness that is my daughter, I look like if you poked me fried food, ice cream, or Flamin Hot Cheetos would have bled through my skin.

I think the most I weighed was 243 lbs,  barely could fit any of my pants, and could only use 1 belt loop.

How did I get that heavy?

It was a combination of inactivity, depression, poor diet, and emotional eating.

Fortunately, my health is good but I did feel tired and run down. 

Dads in order to be the best dad, you have to feel like the best dad. 

 

IT STARTS WITH YOUR HEALTH!  

If you’re overweight and out of shape you won’t feel like playing with your kids. 

This is me now! 

Huge improvement right?!

It didn’t happen overnight.  But it was a matter of me doing some intermittent fasting just to kind of gain some form of discipline, while I still ate like… well I’ll keep it clean so ate like crap.

Then finally in September, I made the commitment to buckle down clean up my diet and get back in the gym.

I still have a long way to go to hit my goal but within 60 days I have hit my weight goal by dropping from 221 lbs to 205 lbs.

This means in the course of a year and a half I have lost almost 40 lbs.

If I can do it you can too!

When you hear me say RISE & CLAW or Always Be Progressin it’s not just me talking.

I live it!

My goal is to make myself better each day.
